LaKeyta "Keyta" Newcost Amond is an entrepreneur, real estate leader, hospitality professional, and visionary committed to turning ideas, properties, and opportunities into something greater.

As the Founder of Alion & Associates LLC, Keyta has created a company centered around real estate, property solutions, short-term rental hospitality, business development, and creating opportunities for individuals and families to build, grow, and experience more.

With years of hands-on experience as a business owner and real estate professional, Keyta understands that a property is more than an address. It can become a home, an investment, a source of income, a business opportunity, or the beginning of a lasting legacy.

Alongside her husband, retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Carlan Amond, Keyta has developed and managed successful short-term rental properties while continuing to expand the Alion vision into property management, investment opportunities, home and property services, business partnerships, and real estate development.

Her approach is simple: see the potential, build the right team, and bring the vision to life.

Keyta is especially passionate about connecting clients with trusted professionals and creating solutions that make property ownership and improvement easier. Whether that means preparing a property, transforming a space, managing a short-term rental, coordinating services, or helping someone turn an idea into an income-producing opportunity, Alion is designed to become a trusted resource from vision to completion.

Beyond business, Keyta is a devoted wife, proud Army wife, mother, and grandmother. Together with Carlan, they are blessed with seven amazing children: four sons and three daughters and ten incredible grandchildren: nine handsome grandsons and one beautiful granddaughter. For Keyta, family is more than a part of her story; it is the heartbeat behind everything she does and the legacy she is intentionally building for generations to come.
