SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Alion & Associates LLC ("Alion & Associates," "we," "us," or "our") may offer SMS/text messaging programs to customers and individuals who have provided appropriate consent to receive messages from us.

Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling or rescheduling updates, customer service communications, service-related notifications, follow-up messages, and promotional or marketing messages.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and services.

7. Eligibility

8. Privacy
